Who it is for

Litigators with heavy deposition dockets, plaintiff or defense. That includes PI, commercial, construction, employment, insurance, and other dep-heavy civil matters, wherever the volume of testimony is the bottleneck rather than the size of the firm.

It is not a Westlaw replacement, not contract review, and not a monthly seat you pay whether the docket is busy or quiet.

After the summary

How do I know a claim is actually in the transcript?

Each claim carries a page-and-line cite. Click it and the transcript opens at that page, so you can read the actual words before you rely on the sentence in a brief, a mediation statement, or a conversation with the client.

How long does a summary take?

Typically under 20 minutes. Files over 500 pages can take longer, and there is no extra charge for size.

If I have the summary, what is Case Analysis for?

The summary is the narrative. Case Analysis is the dashboard: timeline, credibility, key testimony, legal issues, and liability and damages. Case Analysis is the same process on every deposition, and the output does not move with the prompt. It is included in the $49 package, not a second product. Cited Q&A after that is $10.

What if the summary is wrong?

Check the cites against the transcript first. If you are not satisfied with the summary, we refund. That refund is the summary, not cited Q&A or Case Valuator.
