What it does
You select the depositions already on the matter and ask a question in plain English. Cross-deposition compares that testimony and surfaces contradictions within a single witness and across witnesses. Every claim comes with a page-and-line cite, so you can open the transcript and check before you treat it as impeachment material.

Who it is for
Litigators with more than one deposition on a matter, plaintiff or defense. That includes PI, commercial, construction, employment, insurance, and other dep-heavy civil files where the same fact is tested across the docket.
It is not live courtroom audio analysis, and it is not a replacement for reading the transcript before you stand up. It is a way to find the conflict and land on the page, so the time you spend reading is on the lines that actually matter.

What is this for, if I already read them?
You already know the file. This is for the fact that shows up in more than one deposition: notice, prior injuries, who was in the aisle. You ask in plain English. It compares the selected transcripts and cites both sides, so you are not flipping four PDFs at once. It is $10 a question, the same as cited Q&A.
What if I only have one witness?
It can flag a witness contradicting themselves. It is built for the multi-witness file, where the same fact is tested across the docket and you would otherwise reconstruct the conflict by hand.
Do I re-upload to turn this on?
No. Use the depositions already on the matter, the same record as the cited summary and Case Analysis. Select the witnesses and ask.
